So you have spark, but might not have fuel, might not have air.
Try smelling the tailpipe after cranking, for gas smell; or looking at
the plugs to see if they're wet.
Check carefully for glaring air leaks (since you had the ISV out?) that
would result in the air plate not rising, hence no fuel delivery.

Not that strange, it's probably not the OXS work directly, of course,
(or the "ISV checking" that you did?), what it might be is that
something got knocked loose or undone while you were doing this work.
