Oil Pan Seal, Subframe Bushings, Rear Main Seal...

Well got the subframe off today.... wasn't even half as tough as I had
anticipated, at least now I can change the oil pan seal (Sadly the oil
in the car was <200 miles) Glad I used Rotella T!

Anywho, the 5mm bolts look like fun to remove, I found the recess in
the flywheel to get to the 2 thats hiding in there, but my 5mm alan
wrench was tooo short :( So off to Sears tomorrow unless tool town is
open...

That rear main seal sure is leaking quite a bit of oil :9( Needs to
get replaced asap, should I do it with while I have the subframe off
anyways? I am feeling I might get in over my head since I have never
done tranny work on a car before... But I do have a little patience
and the rear main seal for the car hiding somewhere... :o) So I guess
the next thing is... what else should I be prepared to replace for
while the tranny is out??

Thanks Again Everyone for your helpful tips and support! As I said in
the last post if anyone wants to help make fun of my inexperience
and/or help turn some wrenches or even offer moral support in exchange
for a couple beers, come on over!

David
