For the 10VT, the best is the factory recommended plug - Bosch WR7DS
(silver, single electrode). However that is expensive and hard to find.
Next best is Bosch W7DTC (triple electrode). Do not use platinums.
I've heard a lot of complaints that platinums cause poor running.

I am sure others will have differing opinions, but this is my $0.02.

Use the factory specified gap. In my experience, new plugs usually
come pre-gapped almost perfectly.
