Turn signals don't blink

Yes,
Check the contact tab/terminal. I replaced my bulbs
the other day and noticed there must have been a short
or bad connection on one of the tabs causing it to
burn/carbon build up. I scraped and cleaned the tab
and bent it out a bit for better contact.
This was on the drivers side front.
