Audi woes - Update

Hi all,

I picked my car up from the mechanic today.  Fortunately the damage wasn't as 
bad as I'd suspected.  I'll need a new wheel, tire, fender and the piece of 
plastic that goes above the wheel and covers the "underside".  My mechanic was 
nice enough to give me a wheel and tire at no cost so I could drive the car 
under the fender comes in and can be replaced/painted.  He's a good, honest guy. 
 Didn't charge me a penny for those parts or for checking for any other damage.

Does anyone know what that "plastic" piece is called which goes above the wheel? 
 I'll need to order a new one but without knowing the correct name it's going to 
be hard to find!
