Congrats! About the loctite, I don't think you need loctite at all. No mention in Bentley and didn't see any remnants when taking mine out. The oil pan bolts have teeth under the head to keep them in place. The torque in the Bentley is higher than most M6 bolts on the engine, so that's a factor too.

Well I finally got the rounded bolt remover set from sears... and the
first bolt came right off with that... (grrrr) the second that I
started to cut off with a dremel, but needed to be drilled with a 1/2"
bit to finish off that one. Once the oil pan is off the stud from that
came right off!

Now to put it all back together!
I guess loc tite blue on all the bolts should be ok?!
