I-5: best spark plugs? -- More Q's

Thanks for all the input everyone. I decided to go with the W7DTC copper tip 3-electrode. The W7DSR plugs were too expensive for me now. I'll have to try the NGK's next to compare. Is it true the W7DSR == WR7DS??? I was told Bosch just changed around the position of the letters. Sounds reasonable...

Why is the regular old single tip copper plug so unpopular (W7DC I guess)?? I couldn't get them from TPC. Also, should I have gotten the resistor (R) version of the W7DTC? It seems odd that they carry the R version of the silver plug, but not for the copper 3-tip... I hope these things aren't too noisy... Thanks again for any experience and advice.

I also used NGK until found Golden Lodge 25 HL (found on Alfa cars). The
cars are running better then ever on these. Highly recommended.
