In my experience, a pump with a little leak can suddenly become a pump that
will empty the reservoir in a mile or two of driving. Especially if it's
the O-rings between the two pump halves that are leaking. Maybe you can
put a 5-gallon can in the trunk and run a line to the reservoir? :~)
