200TQ brake lock

Same problem? Brake Master Cylinder? If so, any advice to me before I start
tearing the car apart to replace it?"

Different problem.  Pedal is hard, so look at the assist system.  If the
pedal goes to the floor, look at the brake hydraulic system.  HTH, John
