    Affortable EFI system is

    VEMS Versatile Engine Management Systems
A very good system full sequential efi and spark, similar to
Ultr-Megasquirt but is ready to work now. Lots of info about it, use PC
with
operator interface to change feul and spark map.
    http://www.vems-group.org

Megasquirt ;not sequential but nice system(Ultra_Megasquirt is on the
way
for juin approx, its full electronic sequential inj and spark control)
Megasquirt is easy and good for 5 cyl not sequential. EFI only. See
others
guys has developp variant of Megasquirt to manage Sparks
    see Cody Forbes here on Quattro list and on Yahoo list for Megasquirt;
see

  Megasquirt

    OR

if you have deap pockets and want a pro system and ready (almost) to
run
  with
    http://www.034efi.com/
It s the only one i know and it works good.
    See Javad

at 80tq.com and on forum www.motogeek.com you ll not be disapointed .

For the turbo use k24 from a S4. T04 is to big, To3/T04 and k26/T03 or
  T04 hybride are quite expenssive.

Make your own SS headers with http://www.alliagesunifies.com the
cheapest
i have found after some net searchs
Stainless Steel Pipe Fittings and Pipe

               2 items match your selections
                      Shape Elbow
Elbow Type Pipe to Pipe Female 90° Elbow
                      Pipe Size 1-1/4"
                      Material 304L Stainless Steel
                      Pipe to Pipe Connection Butt-Weld x Butt-Weld

Make your own down 3'' pipe and tub under the car, see Javad at 80tq.com

    AND a good intrecooler.

I probably missed some details ;-)
