4kq tranny usable in a 5kq?

Hi Jim,

Thanks for the response.  I had known about the final drive difference, but hadn't thought of it just now.  So, the tranny will bolt on physically and all the other stuff besides the ratio is the same?

I should be able to put in a 200q20v rear diff with 4.11 gears to match up with the , say '87 4kq tranny, right?

I might build a franken5ktq out of leftovers if so.  Well, someday anyway.  I have enough stuff in the queue, but wanted to know if I should pick up a homeless 4kq tranny.
