100/200 Truck im Deutschland

As someone who works with Photoshop on a daily basis (and has 'shopped a number of 'customs') I can assure you that isn't the case. For one thing, there are five exterior views, which all match perfectly. This would be _extremely_ difficult to do with a normal car, let alone one that has bars on it like the one pictured. There would be noticeable digital artifacts around these bars, as well as where the rear doors would be. On cars, even new ones, even well-made German ones, there are slight differences between the surface planes. These differences mean that if someone had merely erased the seams it would still be readily apparent, most likely as a 'crease' in the sheet metal. If one were to stretch a piece of the image across the body to smooth this creasing effect, this would be evident in the surface reflections. This would be even harder on a 100/200 Sport model which came with flared fenders, and has much more complex reflections than a standard type 44. Now multiply the complexity exponentially for each view of the car.
This isn't to say that it can't be done, but a _very_ good 3D-modelling program would be necessary to properly render the reflections, as well as a _lot_ of skill. It just seems to me that someone who has these things would probably be making enough money doing CG for TV or movies that they wouldn't be scamming people on eBay with a 20 year-old car of *limited* appeal (I like it, but I wouldn't buy it.) Why not just download some pics of a Duesenberg and try and sell that on eBay? No VIN #s to check on those...
These don't look better than real, they just look real.
