That would be your ball joint there bud... looks to me like you need a
new cv boot... call rod at thepartsconnection.com
Your toe in can be caused by a couple of things but mainly your tie
rods need adjusting... but the ball joints adjust the camber...
what part of seattle are you in? I am in West Seattle/Alki area...
