The part number is 91180A786.  The current pricing is $4.86 for a pack 
of 5.  These are 50 mm thread length (M14x1.5).  They have shorter 
lengths also.  I guess it would depend what lug nut you found. 

I am still looking for lug nuts.  Any thoughts?

Does the 5k have the window in the brake backing shield to install them 
without much fuss?  I have not even looked at the back of the 4k yet.
