Gosh Darn Emmissions (90q20v)

Well I failed.... again.... 330 ppm (220 pass) on cruise and 1.42 (1.2 
pass) on idle...  new 02 Sensor (bosch non-spliced), and new bosch 
triple (non-platinum plugs)...  new dizzy cap/rotor and low octane 
fuel... :o(

the old o2 sensor was big time bad, the cover of it is now in my cat... 
(I can hear it rattling in there) the cat is getting "punched out" 
since I have to remove it to remove that "rattle"

cleaned up my MAF sensor and throttle body with Air intake cleaner... 
dang my car is fast now... (even with low octane)

kept the K&N filter... (looked good)

At this point I want to just register my car where my mom lives, (no 
smog check)... but I do want to fix the "richness" problem...

Any additional thoughts appreciated....
