How to remove intake manif w/out break all bolts ??

Is it some magics formulas to say before remove an intake manifold ? 

I need to remove the exhaust manifold to shave the output , but i have to remove the intake first, right ?

But The intake bolts are very tuff and if i continu to fight i ll broke them.... i already strip the first and broke the second... before got to a mess of bad bolt i stopped the job..*(&*%&&?/$%$%/$!!

Maybe is better to remove them after warm up the engine ??

If i can remove the exhaust man i ll use hight temp silicon to seal the output flange...
