So where exactly is the center diffirential lock lever?

Ok, I think I figured out that my center diff will not lock when I flip the
switch on my '86 4kcsq. I verified all the vacuum lines, they are in great
shape, I think the shifting arm is stuck. Does anyone have a picture or a
diagram of where the thing is so I can figure out why it wont move?
