wheel limits

"What are the acceptable limits for wheels being out of round or having
slight flat spots on the rim.
How much will affect ride, handling, comfort, tire wear?"

Bentley gives specs for wheel runout in Chapter 44, the section with wheel
alignment specs.  There are specs for lateral and radial runout, and they
vary depending on whether a tire is mounted.  I don't know how the numbers
translate into something you can actually feel in the ride.
