90q stalling and idle problems

My '89 90q has had a new problem crop up in the last two days. After a low
speed tight right hand turn (like pulling into a parking spot), the engine
will die, and won't immediately restart. Yesterday I was able to cycle the
fuel pump about six times (ignition on - don't crank - ignition on - don't
crank, etc.) and it seemed like it helped it crank up. This morning I
didn't have a chance to try that, my car pool ride was waiting on me. I've
been nursing what I think is a flaky idle-speed valve for a while. At
times the car idles fine and other times is drops to barely running, but it
has never had a problem restarting until yesterday. My first guess is the
fuel accumulator. I welcome all input.

Different subject. This car has 160k on the clock. What kind of
improvements to performance and / or milage might I expect by replacing the
injectors and associated o-rings? Who might have the best price for these
parts, as well as an intake boot, idle-speed valve, and associated vacuum
hoses?

Thanks, Dave.
