10v 200tq no warm start...

I have a 1990 200tq with a warm start problem. It starts fine cold. If
let it run for 10 minutes and turn it off, I have to wait 30 minutes
before it will restart. If I run it for an hour and shut it off, it
will start right up.
So far, I have:
-replaced the ignition switch (was cracked)
-replaced all 5 injectors (seals were shot - fixed the wandering idle /
vacuum leak)
-new tri-electrode copper bosch plugs, wires, cap, and rotor
-replaced fuel filter
-replaced injector cooler fan (i guess it shouldn't matter after only
running for 10 minutes)
-cleaned contacts on mfts
-soldered wires to tempsensor on top of intercooler (the welded
connectors were broken off)
-new starter and alternator (previous owner replaced a year ago)
-k&n air filter (previous owner)
The ecu shows no codes, however, when I pull the codes with the car
running, it stumbles and almost stalls. Would this indicate that the
fuel pressure it too high? I'm going to buy the gauges to test the fuel
system pressure once i source the proper adaptors (suggestions are
welcomed). The car runs strong (1.4 bar boost with stock ecu) but this
starter problem is driving me nuts.
Any pointers for a newbie?
-Tony
