One thing is sure, don't use Delrin, its way to hard (Acetal) and very
noisy.
The best results I've had was with Yellow Polyurethane (hardness 50)
made by Powerflex.
Recently I decided to try the other British maker Super Flex, on my
other Urq, that claims to have better spec than Powerflex, since it
includes a bonded SS washer on the inner contact side that prevents it
from squeaking, which it does, but the Poly is to hard (blue in colour -
hardness 70), and the bushes are to big, so fit is to tight.
Consequently, the road noise has significantly elevated; don't like them
at all. One shortcoming present in both types was that the bush
supported the arm only on one side, and it would be better if it was on
both sides.
IMO, you should go for Yellow Polyurethane for all suspension bushings,
including susp. frames, Blue Poly should be for racing only, Delrin is
for rubbish.
