Chris,

They should be hubcentric, all other OEM Audi
rims are and VW uses the same hub ring. 
My only question, since I haven't
tried it myself, is whether they clear the brakes.
Since the VW offset is 38 mm vs the Audi A4 45 mm,
the rotor hats should be shallower, so they "should"
fit, (same brakes, same B5 platform)
but no guarantee from my end since I haven't 
actually tried it.
