the cable will be at most, the center cable, the sheath, and the pull 
handle.

You'll want to get 3 or 4 of the white plastic clips that guide the 
cable under the core support, two of the hollow golf tee things and the 
cable stop bit for the end of the cable.  Then you can do a nice job of it.

All those little bits are cheap, probably dealer-only, but you could try 
a good aftermarket place anyway.
