I think I got the same one about a year ago.  It works fine, but to this 
day I have a rattle when it is in any position, but all the way down.  I 
had to put inch long slots in the holes that hold the glass as well as 
make small spacers.  In general I thought the fit was terrible, but at 
least my window works now.

At two weeks ago my passenger side front started making nasty crunching 
noises.  Guess it is time for more fun...
