20-valve turbo cams ... ?

Bored out of my skull, should be doing work (on software or car,
whichever), but I've got Audi on the brain as usual.

My wife just bought me a 1988 20vt Audi quattro coupe for my birthday,
in metallic beige colour, 100% tread on the tyres on the unblemished
factory Ronal wheels. Car is perfect, must've been kept in a closed
environment for ages. Pity about the 1:18 size though. :P

Anyway, I have a 3B head to be put on a MC block, etc. I know alot of
people are swapping the 7A exhaust cam into the 20vt heads (S2, 200, S4,
  RS2) and gaining extra power.

I also see the Dbilas makes cams for these engines ranging from 280 to
312 degree duration.

There's a guy out in Germany selling 20vt cams with an IMSA profile
which he states as a 280 degree.

As I'm clueless about this stuff, I'd be interested to know what cams
people are running in their 20vt motors and why you chose the cams over
others with respect to the end result you wanted.
