Little tiny rubber handbrake cable boot on type44 calipers

While replacing the calipers on out 200qa, I tore the little rubber
water proofing boot that protects the end of the cable where it exits
the cable sleeve at the caliper. "No problem" I thought  - "I'll just
order another one". Bzzzt, according the ETKA, its not available as a
separate part. Has anyone found an alternative?
