Question-1988 5K CSQ side view mirrors

Hi,
The side view mirrors don't operate on my new-used car.  The fuse is fine.
I don't hear any motor noise from either side.  I haven't had frost on the
mirrors to see if the heating element works.  All of the windows work
properly so I know power is at leasting getting to the general area (of the
switches and controls).

Is there an auxillary relay or something easy to look at before I take the
door panel apart?
