Yeah, that's the ASC conversion special that was featured in some
magazines.  In particular, VW&Porsche magazine featured it in a
1986 issue.  For info see here:

I gotta say, though, it looks much better with the top down than with
it up.  When the top is up, it has the same yucky silouette as the
Treser ur-Q (which has a folding hard-top roof).
