Winter tires

Hi all,
Yesterday I saw here in our market (Europe - Bulgaria) some strange michelin tires - Arctic Alpin and Pilot Alpin. I know what is Michelin alpin pilot PA2, but have no idea, what these Arctic Alpin and Pilot Alpin can offer for there price. While investigating, I understand these tires are North America models.
Another strange thing is that these Michelin tires are extremly cheap, compared to other michelin models.
I read some materials in internet about these tires, and they should be good choise, but I prefer to believe in some indipendent opinions :)
