lock vacum pump

It's under the back seat. It is (IIRC) two screws at the front of
the seat that hold it to the floor and are easily removed.
There is a small black box about 6"x4"x4" with a pump, an electrical
connector, and a couple of plastic vaccuum lines.

I often found that simply reseating (unplugging then plugging back in)
the electrical connector worked. Also make sure the vaccuum lines are
not tangled or crimped or kinked.
