best source for 200 euros?

Would like euro lights for my '90 200 10V

Blau still shows them out of stock, but told me expected price for
lenses, bulbs and harness is around $720ish.  That sure stings but seems
to be par for the course.

Other possible sources I found in the archives:
TAP (can't find euros on their website)
Denon Performance (can't find them AT ALL except for hits for Denon
audio)
METRIX - possible import issues from CA? Archives reco'd using Fedex
puma-access.com - have email into them
RPI/Ron's Parts - $800 for lenses, bulbs and plugs
also found mention of "Ned Ritchie at IA," no idea how to contact

I'm in need of everything from the lenses to the harness.  Any input? 
The gf starts a longer, deer-infested commute soon.  I'll also consider
aux lighting instead, but would like to focus on just sources for euros
now please.
