Does he let patrons onto his shop floor?
Is he willing to use specialty parts you bring him?
Does your car come out clean, grease and smoke free?
How well does he stand behind his work?

For the shop, I recommend Status Auto Service in Londonderry, NH.  The owner
Anthony is a genius.  He swapped a 2.7t into my 98 A4 2.8q.  He has the best
prices and service that I know of, I have been going to him for 5 years, and
