Special Tool 2084 & 2079

I am changing my timing belt on an 86 coupe and live in the Dallas, TX
area (specifically McKinney.  A fellow lister in CT has offered to lend
me his tools if I pay for shipping which is a heck of an offer.  I was
wondering if there is anyone locally who I might be able to borrow these
tools from so I can get this job done.  I promise to return in good
working order.
