Crankshaft Seal Help Requested ASAP

All the replies give the right things to check.  Seal type, wear on shaft (ie: 
speedy sleeve fix), proper install etc.  Also make sure you clean everything 
well and put pack grease in the area that holds the spring that maintains the 
lip seal so it doesn't pop out when installing. Add all your replies and it 
won't leak again.
