The best thing to do would be run a seperate fuel pump and regulator,
but you might also try  tapping into the return line of the CIS to
feed a 3 bar Fuel Pressure regulator.  I'd check the fuel pressure on
the CIS system before and after to make sure it doesn't change
anything.
