No Start[spark or fuelpump] condition with no codes on MC-1 C GT conversion

Then, check for switching on the negative side of the coil. This is also
what triggers the fuel pump relay. I suspect this is missing. 
Next I'd check the grounds, specifically to the Ignition Control Unit (ICU).
And, also, check for power to the ICU.

Ben, try pulling 12v strait from the battery, for the coil and ECU. 
I've seen people pull power from some srange places that may not be getting
power while cranking.
