Bumfozzled yet again - addendum

Oh - more data.  Plugs are brand new and of proper type, Bosch 
F5DPOR.  They are seated properly and are tight.  Plug boots are in good 
shape.  There are no vacuum leaks.  I pressure tested the system and all is 
tight.
