Audi has those. They come in the form of Pigtails and typically cost a couple to a few bucks for two (one on each end of the wire). At one time you could get the terminals only. Hoever not many people had the proper terminal crimpers resulting in complaints.
Most are made by AMP, but I have not found a supplier for them other than Audi.
