New lister; looking for a 4kq in NNJ

Hi folks,

I am a resident in northern NJ.  5 years ago I formed a driver's oranization called Club VAC, for out of production VW/Audi coupes.  I'm still involved with the club and participate in weekend driving events whenever time permits.  

I have also owned various VWs and Audis, including a couple of VR6 corrados, quantum, golf, 80q, A4tq, etc.  Now I am looking to purchase a compact, inexpensive quattro sedan for weekend TSD rallies, rally x's, various winter driving events, etc.  

Some questions:  In your opinion, does the 4000q make the best affordable quattro for the above mentioned usage?  What should I beware of when looking for a 4k?  Does anyone have a good condition turn-key one for sale in the tri-state area?  If so, please write me with details privately.  Lastly, can someone recommend an insurance company that would insure a 4k for a reasonable price under limited mileage NJ coverage?  Thanks!
