It's a complicated - maybe 6-8 metal and plastic parts with separate 
numbers make it up.  I think the best bet would be to get to a dealer 
and have them bring it up on screen and you can decide what to buy (or 
if you have access to the family album, do it yourself).

I think the parts are going to be dealer-only, but you never know, maybe 
Chris at Force 5 or Rod at the parts connection can get them.
