Well, the auto to manual swaps I've heard of usually required at least 
some BFH work on the floor pan.  Then there are all the linkages and 
console metal/plastic work.

No, there weren't.

Why not just look for the car you want, all in one piece already?  I'd 
say an interior swap or a paint job (to get your favorite color scheme) 
would be easier than these other franken-projects.
