If it's the same as the Sony that came with the urS4 (C4), I can help 
you out. Mine used to
jamb periodically when a disc would slide out of the magazine, toward 
the player side
(forward section) after a hard bump or some silly driver moves!

Remove the player from the trunk(10mm nuts on adapter stand??) remove 
the cover
from the player ( screws around the sides). Look in the space between 
the magazine
and the player section. If there is a disc between the two sections,
(IOW not completely transitioned between m'zine and player), slide it 
back into the magazine
using a pen, pencil, wodden stick etc. Try to use the center hole or the 
very edge of the disc.
if possible. That should do it................
