return coolant line for turbo

On the MC blocks tere is a return line plug on the block, under the manifold.... but there is not such a plug on NG 2.3 engine.

So , where can i plug the return coolant line from the turbo.
I want to run light boost on my 100Q 2.3 NA engine.
