That's probably not something you want to get into.  Brake
bias adjusters are available, but shouldn't be needed on a
street car (unless you replaced your calipers/rotors/pads
with something totally different).

My guess is your rear calipers are frozen, so the pistons
inside them don't push the brake pads out to the disk/rotor.
This is a given for those in the snow belt, where they salt
the roads in the winter. Nasty corrosion does nasty things
to brakes.

You might be able to remove the caliper, remove the piston,
clean the cylinder, hope it isn't pitted or scored, then
put it all back together with new seals.  There is also a
guide pin that tends to becomes corroded in place that should
be cleaned and lubed.
