You only need to tighten the bolt to the rack shaft fully from the top
with socket and extension first, and then tighten the bottom nut with
same. The bolt would not move if tightened properly, so you don't need
to lock it with anything. This nut is only used as a locknut ant to
tighten the bottom part of the s/arms bracket, which basically means
that tightening shouldn't be done at same time, but in right sequence of
function.
