A4 Airbags Again....

My '04 A4 was in the dealer last month for (among other things) a check of the airbags - the indicator light had come on briefly several times. They were unable to fiind anything physically wrong and there were no fault codes. 
 
This morning, it came on again with my younger son in the front seat and went off when he got out of the car. So, I thought I would RTFM and see if perhaps the indicator light also came on when someone of 'lesser' weight was in the passenger's seat, and the airbag was shut off. Nothing to indicate that in the manual, and it does say that if the indicator comes on, get it checked at the dealer asap. My wife and I recently came back from a long week-end trip, and no airbag light came on at all. So, off to the dealer I guess I will go again....
 
Any known issues with passenger side airbags? I hate to waste another visit, only to have them tell me there are no codes.....
