[urq] ur-quattro VINs + Canadian car request

These changes did not take effect from VIN:85-D-900 001
I believe this was from VIN somwhere in between 85-D-900 700 and 85-D-900
800
Some cars had the new suspension but older wiring and some vice versa...

You missed the revised electrics... they were as before.. between 700 and
800 on D cars.

Speaking of VINs... if you have a Canadian car, is there any way that you
could forward me your cars details including the VIN... I am trying to
update my registry and so far I have 20 canadian cars on file... not bad
considering there is only 100 imported...
