The MC's engine is still K-Jetronic, not KE-Jetronic. The defining feature
of KE-Jet is the presence of a ECU-controlled differential pressure regulator
on the fuel distributor. The MC's fuel distributor doesn't have one.
Instead, the system uses the all-mechanical control pressure regulator
(mounted on block) like all K-Jet cars, augmented by a frequency valve
for OXS feedback loop fuel control.
That said, the MAC-11B ECU are unlikely to be interchangeable with
the MAC-05A. The two systems are just too different. It would take
some serious mods to make it work right, and not worth the trouble.
