Kent,

According to one tech I knew, Correct. He said
he'd be fined by the recycler if they found Antifreeze 
in his recycling oil, and they'd cancel his contract.
So he was VERY careful about whom he let dispose
of used oil in his drum. 

Technically, although it's probably possible (through
low temp distallation) to remove the antifreeze, it's 
probably FAR from profitable. So, in the interests
of good business practice, and for the sake of the
environment (the mixture must now be disposed of,
rather than recycled), DON'T mix.
