Obviously if you know who Paul Krasusky is then you might know in which
state and city he resides.

However, there is a chance that some in the same region may not yet know
Paul K. and thus not even realize that they are local, relatively speaking,
to this event. Thus, you may want to include in your directions information
to help an interested party in narrowing down which state or regional map
should be consulted to find 84E and Rt. 195.
